When you arrive at the NEC, please follow the signs for Primary Care and Public Health. If you are unloading your stand, please ask for Hall 8; if you are just parking, you will be directed to the nearest available car park. There are shuttle buses from the car park to the hall entrance so you do not need to carry boxes etc.
Please go to Hall 8 door at the back of the hall to deliver items to your stand. You can also arrange courier deliveries to vehicle door 8.2 but please ensure your packages are clearly marked with your stand number and company name. Deliveries cannot be made before Wednesday 12 May and you will need to be on-site to sign for your delivery yourself. The NEC address is:

Sorry, this is not supplied at the NEC. We would suggest that if required, you bring with your own small trolley so that you can transfer boxes/equipment from your car to your stand. These are available online and from retailers such as B&Q.
No, we are most concerned about exhibitors being seen in areas where there are moving vehicles so this means that you must wear your jacket whilst in the loading bays during build up and breakdown and also within the exhibition hall during build up. On open days this is not required. If you do not already have a Hi-vis jacket, these can be purchased online, from a uniform shop or from retailers such as B&Q. They can be any colour providing they are Hi-Vis and can just be a simple vest you wear over your regular clothes.
If you require storage, please contact laurab@sterlingevents.co.uk to arrange. There is a nominal charge for this. Please do not store anything in void spaces within the hall – we cannot guarantee its security and the NEC will charge you extra.
Thursday 13 May at 5.00pm. You will not be permitted to dismantle your stand before this time. If a courier is collecting, they should collect between 5.00-7.00pm. The NEC cannot store any items after this time. You should remain with your stand until it is collected.
Yes, further details can be found in the exhibitor handbook. NEC guest WiFi is not reliable enough for demonstrating internet-based products so you may need to purchase hard-wired internet, details of which can also be found in the handbook.
We strongly recommend hiring a data capture pen from our registration company so that you can log all visitors to your stand and the information they require. If you have not already arranged this, please email laurab@sterlingevents.co.uk or see the link in the exhibition handbook.
